HOW IT WORKS

Here’s the gist of steps to take from here.

  • If you feel we’re a good fit, reach out and tell us a bit about your project.

    Feel free to get in touch with any questions, concerns or for a chat about your idea if you’re still in the exploratory phase too.

  • We’ll find a mutually suitable start date, and kick-off a multi-phase branding process culminating in the 1-on-1 Brand Strategy Session.

    The Brand Strategy Session takes place over Zoom, although phone and IM are options too. For Melbourne folks, an in-person Brand Strategy Session can be arranged.

  • After the Brand Strategy Session you can sit back, relax, and review our designs.

    You’ll receive updates every 1-2 weeks. There may be some additional pieces of info, opinions, and clarification required over the course of the project.

    For businesses who need a bit of help getting started. The 8 instalment plan gets you out of the catch-22 of needing a website to generate cashflow, and needing cashflow to invest in business startup costs.

  • We understand a custom website may be a big investment for small businesses. Our 8 instalment model with our Value Assurance Guarantee is there to give you peace of mind.

    If at any point within 2 weeks of project completion you feel the website isn’t what you’re after, you’re welcome to cancel without owing the remaining instalments.
